Favourite food: I really enjoy Indian food, but my favourite dish is probably a Chicken Pathia – the spicier the better!

Holiday Destination: New Zealand is my favourite holiday destination because my daughter is living over there currently and it is a beautiful place. I also love how it is pretty much on the other side of the world.

Dream car: I would quite like a Polestar 4 in Blue.

Favourite Music: My favourite genre of music is definitely rock, and Dire Straits is my favourite band.

Top Film: I like films to do with aviation so would go with Top Gun as my favourite film, however, Mamma Mia isn’t far behind!

Passion: I enjoy gardening and aviation.

Something people don’t know about me: I am a big Motorcycle speedway fan.
